Teams
- Open to all students in 3rd -9th grade
- 2-10 students per team
- 1-2 coaches per team
Registration
- Opens on 11/19/2024, noon EST
- Limited to the first 24 teams
- Team registration fee of $100 includes participation in all four events
No Judging
- No Project Presentation judging
- No Core Values review
- No Robot Design judging
Robot Game
- This is a FIRST LEGO League Challenge off season series of events
- We will use the FIRST LEGO League Master Piece field (2023-24 season)
- All FIRST LEGO League robot game rules apply (see PDF attachments below and updates)
Challenge points
- Compete in all four Challenge Events
- Robots will run in three rounds
- Top robot round performance score is used to determine final placing at each event
- Teams earn points based on their finishing place
- Example: 1st place earns 13 points, 2nd place earns 12 points, 3rd place earns 11, etc.
- If a team is unable to compete at an event, they will earn the score of 0
- Points accumulate from all events
- Results will be posted here
- The team with the most points after the fourth challenge wins the Grand Prize
