FIRST LEGO League

Quick Facts about FLL:

  • Students in 4th-8th grade
  • Cost $50 per month per member
  • 2-8 members per team
  • 2 parent coaches required
  • ​Meet twice a week for 2-hour meetings
  • Build custom robots with LEGO pieces
  • Program with Mindstorm software
  • Develop critical thinking skills

  • ​8/6/24 – 11/23/24 – practice 2 times per week
  • 11/23/24 – Qualifying Tournament
  • January 2025 – State Championship​ (by invitation only) 
  • April 2025 – World Championship (by invitation only)

In FIRST LEGO League, students engage in hands-on STEM experiences, building confidence, growing their knowledge and developing habits of learning. FIRST LEGO League’s three divisions inspire youth to experiment and grow their critical thinking, coding and design skills through hands-on STEM learning and robotics.
